When should I receive my package?
We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The average in transit time is 3 days, and we ship your package in 3-10 business days.
NOTE: During the summer months, chocolates are shipped at the customer's risk. Depending on the shipping address, we will ship these items Monday-Wednesday to help insure delivery before the weekend. |

What is your return policy?
Food items are non-refundable. If you need to return an item that is not food, please email us for instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping on returned items is the responsibility of the customer. |
Is my credit card information safe?
As an on-line store, we are very concerned with security issues. We want you to be confident that your credit card number is being processed in a secure manner. When shopping our site, the ONLY time you are asked to enter a credit card number is AFTER you have been transferred to a secure server. Your credit card number is maintained at this secure site with the highest level of encryption available today. Your credit card number is never sent to us via email since data "packets" can be captured and decoded. |

Do you use cookies to store my personal information?
In order to use our shopping cart, your browser must be able to accept cookies. We do not use permanent cookies, just a very small, temporary one. When you click on the "Add to Cart" button, the shopping cart assigns your order a "session" number, which is stored in a cookie on your computer. This cookie is deleted as soon as you close your browser. We do not use cookies to store personal information, "wish lists," or any other information. Just a random number. If you do not accept cookies, then your shopping cart will always be "empty" since a session number cannot be assigned. We would still be more than happy to process your order via email or a phone call! |

We will NOT, at any time, provide your information to anyone! Information that you enter at our site will only be used to verify billing information and to ship your purchases to you. Also, if you choose to join our email group, we promise that we will not "share" your name or email address. |
